How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
During our initial consultation we will breakdown your fitness goals into smaller measurable goals for you to work towards on a weekly/monthly basis. I find this really helps with your motivation and gives you something to focus and work towards without feeling overwhelmed by the whole experience.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Making small gradual changes and being consistent on a daily basis.
What do you love most about your job?
Looking back over all my careers there has been a common denominator between them all - helping people - I love to provide a service where I can make a real difference to someone's life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for other gyms for nearly 7 years, I decided to set up my own private training gym for ladies only.
I opened the doors on 23rd March 2020 but unfortunately due to the pandemic, I had to close my doors for 3 months. At this stage I transitioned all my clients online and thankfully was still able to continue to provide them with a 1st class service online.
Through the help and guidance of business performance mentors I have been able to successfully grow my business and myself, over these unprecedented times.
My dream is to be able to serve and train ladies all over the world helping them achieve their dream bodies!
Small Group Personal Training
£10 per hour.
Sessions are taken in small groups of up to 4 ladies.
These small groups provide affordability to train 2-3 times a week and helps ladies get better, consistent and maintainable results.
1:1
£30 per hour. This session is on a 1:1 basis where we will work on your areas of concern in a private environment.
