Shaun is hands-down THE BEST! When I can, I see Shaun twice a week - every Tuesday and Saturday and every time I train with him, I find something new about myself to be proud of. Shaun really pushes you to do your best and doesn't set you up for failure. He's always so motivating and has such a positive outlook on your session (and life for that matter!), that you can't help but believe that you can achieve what he's set out for you.
