I came for a private with Deb and she is amazing! She was able to take my Pilates practice to a whole other level and give me incredible feedback that will help me grow as a student! I left the session feeling taller and connected, exactly how I should feel after a Pilates class. Thank you Deb! The location is perfect and a beautiful space! I have been doing Pilates for 10 years...but 5 years ago it took on a whole new level. Moving to a new state, I took on many challenges but meeting Deb was a blessing.
Not only did she change my outlook on my new life she changed my outlook of Pilates. Deb motivated, challenged, and inspired me. No matter the class, Deb is 100 percent committed. Deb is a great teacher, mentor and I'm proud to call her my friend. If you are wondering who this Deb person is and if you should join Bodies By Pilates in FiDi go for it. You won't regret it. I cannot begin to explain how amazing Bodies by Pilates and more specifically Deb Lemon are! I first started doing Pilates with Deb in 2013 and haven’t regretted it for one second. Her expertise in movement and exercise are unparalleled. The manner with which she teaches her classes is filled with compassion and she has an uncanny ability to make her students immediately feel like family. Deb’s love of Pilates is infectious, as evidenced by the fact that I am about to finish up my own Peak Pilates certification under her tutelage. Several years ago, I was a stay at home mom who wasn't having any success losing the baby weight. I had tried numerous gyms and classes with no luck. My body did not respond to the jarring, impact of other routines, exercises. I was stuck in a rut until I drove by a Pilates studio and thought why not! My husband and I love pilates and are thrilled to finally have an amazing studio and instructor in the area! The studio is brand spanking new with top of the line equipment and is always sparkling clean (so hard to find! ) Deb is nothing short of amazing - she's incredibly detail oriented and makes sure everyone leaves her class happy and feeling the burn! I organized a class for the fellow moms in my son's preschool and Deb customized everything to accommodate everyone from a first timer, to a pro, and even a pregnant mama!
