What do you love most about your job?
Every day and every project is different. We get a real sense of excitement with new projects as it's always something new. In the industry that we are in it's fast paced and ever changing so it keeps you on your toes. We also enjoy the results we see and the impact that has on growing businesses. Their is a sense of achievement at the end of each project which keeps us motivated for each project yet to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to run an agency which puts our clients interests at the heart of what we do. Having worked with big agencies in the past clients often were neglected and the focus became the agency bottom line. Our approach was to be different to ensure that we advise our clients not just on what they should be doing but telling them what they should not being doing too. Also running our own businesses allows us to implement practices which were often overlooked as the benefit was more the client as apposed to the business, this now has changed as we are free to focus on our clients in our way.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our approach is understanding our clients objectives, whether that be getting them online or improving their online presence. Each client will have it's own objectives and we always as the following questions, "Where do you see yourselves in 12 months time" and "what is stopping you from achieving your goals" and this gives us a great understanding of the company and where they are going and what hurdles are in their way. Our mission is to use our strategy so that our clients can achieve their objectives.
