It was a pleasure to have Bob and his”girls” work with us for a second time. He was so helpful before the event and on the day the food was wonderful. The canapés were so tasty and plenty of them. Was hoping to book bob and his team for a fitness retreat I have arranged. I only asked for a quote via first point of contact email (this was 3 days ago) I’ve been away from my business for 3 days on a course, so not managed to answer the 50 calls I’ve received from them for just a quote within 3 days of enquiring.
I have just received an incredibly rude message telling me basically I have no manors and I’m arrogant? Simply because I have been away on a course.
I could understand if I had arranged any business with them, all I asked for was a quote, so a simple email with a quote would have gone a lot further.
Now had to block them to stop nasty messages. Such a shame they feel like badgering and sending nasty messages is the way forward for their business.
I certainly won’t put my money into businesses like that!
