Maayan was a pleasure to work with at my daughter's outdoor wedding at the Marin Art and Garden Center! We had over a year to plan for the wedding, but a few months out we correctly realized we could not handle all of the details of the rehearsal and wedding day. After interviewing over 15 coordinators, we choose Maayan Cohen of My Eventology.  Maayan is knowledgable, extremely gracious, and has excellent suggestions to make everything flow smoothly. Maayan handled all of our frantic questions with ease, and provided solutions that fit within our budget.  Her prior knowledge of catering large events gives Maayan an insight that is invaluable.  Maayan is hands-on, and ran the rehearsal and wedding with ease.  The day of the wedding, Maayan coordinated all of the vendors seemingly effortlessly, and communicated graciously and effectively.  Maayan had treats ready for the bride and groom when they arrived, and provided a relaxing gift box for me for after the wedding -so gracious of her!  With no hesitation I recommend My Eventology, what an asset Maayan was to our wedding! I worked with both Bob and Anne to create my company's website and on branding for the business.  They are both super easy to work with not to mention awesome as what they do!  Web design is no easy task and Bob worked wonders to make what I had envisioned a reality.  He was able to capture the essence of my business in the website and was also able to guide me with regard to the information I needed to include in order to effectively sell my services.  Anne was amazing too!  I was starting a business from scratch and she had the expertise to help me create cohesion with my logo, colors and language.  A+ for Anne and Bob! Bob and Anne are the rock stars of website design!!! I admit, it started with a bit of skepticism...Lindsay and I are hair straightening specialists. Anne is our client. She and her husband build websites, we do hair. Sounds like a natural fit, but also the possibility for disaster. Our experience has shown that trades usually lead to, at the very least, a lack of enthusiasm on the other side... On top of this, Lindsay and I are artists. What are they going to do to our site? our vision? What about the layout? the colors? the message? Will they capture what we are trying to convey? Our professional lives are at stake!! Bob and Anne blew us away! First, the site: Everything was easy. We had an initial consultation where we laid out our vision. We supplied them with pics, text, and our vision. They added pics, helped edit, and provided layout options. We picked a layout and had the groundwork for our site. Next, they sent us working drafts of our site, which to our surprise, blew us away! Not only didn't they not ruin/ distort our vision, they took our vision to another level!! After a few emails back and forth to iron out the kinks, our site was done. We couldn't be happier! It was an absolute dream to work with Maayan. We got married at the Sausalito Woman's Club and hired her as our day-of coordinator. Not only does Maayan have a sweet and thoughtful personality, but she did a fantastic job coordinating our event. Being a strong communicator, she was always quick to reply to our questions prior to our event. On the day of our wedding, she helped to facilitate the on-time arrival of vendors and ensured that everyone was working together seamlessly behind-the-scenes. Maayan and My Eventology were our wedding heroes! Maayan came in late in our process and quickly got up to speed on every detail of our wedding. As the day approached and the details became a challenge to manage, she took the baton and offered guidance, counsel and assistance on just about every front. From recommending favors for our guests to producing emergency gift bags to formatting our program on the day-of, Maayan knew what was up and came through in every situation. Having her there for the ceremony and reception gave us invaluable confidence that everything would go smoothly (it did) and allowed us to really enjoy the event we had put so much time and thought into planning. Our day was a huge success and we can't thank Maayan enough for all of her help.
