The driver came 15 minutes early to pick us up which was great because the kids were excited. He was very friendly and helpful. When we returned to England I had already received a message from the driver saying he was on the way. When we came out the airport terminal he was just pulling up which again was fab because we had 4 young children in our party. So I rate them 10/10 for efficiency politeness and great time keeping. The whole process was flawless. From requesting a quote by email Barrie got back to me very quickly with a decent quote. I didn’t even look elsewhere as the price seemed fair. On the day he picked us up on time and loaded all 12 suitcases into the bus without a fuss. He was friendly and chatty to. On our return journey he was waiting at the airport for us as promised and again let us get in whilst he loaded all our luggage for us. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. The driver arrived on time very friendly nothing was to much trouble. He took care with our cases so nothing got broken. On our return journey the driver sent us a text message to say call him when we had collected our luggage so he could arrange place to pick us up as he was waiting just off the airport. Courteous during our conversation on the telephone, information and quote received via e-mail quickly, great customer service. From the 1st moment contact was made I received 1st class service, from the quote which was very good value, the confirmation and booking verbal and email communication was clear, consise and catered for my every need including 3 picks ups, change of address and change of time, nothing was too much to ask and dealt with in a very professional manner. The pick ups were all on time and the minibus/transport itself was immaculate inside and out. The driver himself Barrie was professional and drove in very safe manner. Due to the return flight being cancelled when we arrived at the airport to come home, I immediately contacted Barrie at BME, I informed of the cancellation, I was reassures by Barrie that no matter what time or where that BME would pick us up and bring us home. So the following day we were picked up from Bristol airport instead of the originally planned Manchester. Both occasions pick up drivers have been early so no waiting around. Thank you Barrie for excellent service on our trip to Liverpool.Mini bus arrived early ready for us to leave on time. Mini bus was of a good standard. ..clean vehicle with comfortable seats. Driver Barrie was nice and friendly and happy to stop so that the older members of our group could stop for comfort break.
