How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their goals by understanding that a rising tide does not lift all boats. We walk together on this path. Its hard, its long and its worth it. I teach, I empower and I show the cient that they have everything they need within themselves and simply need help remembering.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. The aswers are in front of us. We choose when we want to accept the answers.
What do you love most about your job?
The part I enjoy most is my ability to share knowledge that I received and affect change. The fact that it helps others is a bonus. My passion happens to be my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration comes from years of seeing others happy in the jobs they choose. I believe that a person's passion chooses their occupation for them if they listen well enough.
