Very cute and cozy place to stay. It lets you escape the bustle and noise of the city which was awesome. The only problems we had during our stay was on our floor the female bathroom didn’t have a door for their shower stall, and in the male shower my brother couldn’t adjust the temperature of the water (which was very hot). The staff was super friendly and I enjoyed staying here. I do recommend not getting their breakfast and just going to the Toby Carvery up the road for unlimited breakfast for about 5 pounds (cheaper and more options). More...

I loved how quiet and relaxing this hostel was. We were backpackers with no car, so I was a bit worried about getting here, but it turns out that you can take the bus from Salisbury to the stop at the end of the road for just a few pounds. Then, it's a 15 minute walk down a gorgeous country road. We also loved that hostel guests could explore the farm for free - I definitely recommend feeding the animals! The baby goats were amazing and so were the tiny ponies. Also, they have some really weird ducks that will follow you around. More...

Jolie surprise. Idéal pour séjour avec jeunes enfants. Mais cela a beaucoup plu à notre fils de 12 ans. Accueil sympathique, chambres simples mais confortables et propres, grande salle de bain moderne attenante à notre dortoir de 6 lits que nous avions pour nous 4 seulement. Très agréable. Grand espace de jeux et détente à l extérieur ainsi que l'accès inclus à la ferme attenante avec poney, moutons, cochons, poules, lapins, veaux etc et activités liées. Vraiment sympa. The property is very secluded which is perfect if you are looking for a break from the city. However, I do not recommend staying here if you do not have access to a car. The Youth Hostel is on a working farm. The location is great as it about 10-15 minutes drive to Stonehenge and close to Salisbury. We got up early to go to Stonehenge, before all the crowds and buses arrived from London. This is a good adventure of staying Hostel - as there are few and far hotels near Stonehenge. Woodhenge and Old Sarum are also close by to the Youth Hostel.The rooms and bathroom were simple, spacious and clean. There was a very comfortable common areas with TV and sofas. The communal kitchen had all the cooking appliances and basic cooking utensils to make a meal. There were two refrigerators for guests to store their food. Internet was very good. The Hostel also had a small cafe for guests - and for 6 pounds the hostel would provide a hearty English Breakfast, which included delicious eggs, ham/bacon, sausage, beans, tomatoes and toasts.When we drove up late at night, we thought the parking lot was small.
