Called 2 times and applied to view a flat via right move and had no reply. Cash buyer also so not even much work for them.

If I was the property owner and you guys were looking after things I wouldn't be with you for long.

I Feel compelled to write to you to thank and congratulate ALL your team , who dealt with the transition in such a professional manner ,in only a few days window before the new tenants moved in , fitted new carpets , decorated where required , gas safety cert , etc and kept me up to date at all times with emails , calls and statements , I have to be honest I know your team is good but I was blown away ...and it is rare these days to get a 5 star service

A professional team with a group of lovely people. Helen and her members were very efficient, friendly, and responsible from the house viewing to completion. Answered the emails quickly and got the request sorted out in a short period of time. It was an extremely pleasant experience with the Bluerow team. I rented an apartment in Liverpool with Bluerow Lettings agency for nearly two years and it went without a hitch. The agents I was in contact with, Helen and Donna, were always professional and responsive. The fees were clear from the start, I had no issues during the inventories or the tenancy renewal. I would recommend this agency for anyone looking to rent in Liverpool.

What a fantastic team, they were helpful from the very moment I called. I was originally moving into a property with another agent, who will remain unnamed, who decided to let the property I was being referenced for to someone else, so with three days before what would have been my move in date, I found I was to be homeless. Bluerow came to the rescue and went out of their way and even stayed working longer on a Friday night to get me to view a property which was to be the home I'm in now. They turned the whole process around in three days (well two and a half days which were a weekend to top it off) I got my keys on the day of my original move in date. Can't thank them enough, they genuinely care.

Worst renting experience ever.

Bluerow refused to be flexible in any way on a number of occasions. Dispite raising any complaints with them they were dismissed or ignored.

Our flat when we moved in was far from professionally cleaned, oven dirty but hey on your moving day you don't have time to sit and complain, we just did it ourselfs.

So bad service...

Example: Damaged Sofa.

We reported some damaged caused by ageing to the sofa. It needed replacing and was becoming very uncomfortable to sit on( bear in mind this was a furnished flat). So a replacement sofa was ordered and delivered. (Sounds good so far).
So we used the last of our annual leave days to be home to take delivery. The driver turns up with a massive box.
How many Sofa's have you ever seen arrive in a box?
Imagine a 15 year olds bedroom, with mini double chair in it - that's what we got instead of a leather sofa that was currently there - we built the sofa... and it was terrible.

We immediately raised this with Bluerow. They sent an agent around to look at the sofa - I couldn't believe there was even any resistance but it took some persuading to get bluerow to get this changed. Eventually after many long emails they did try to arrange it.

However, this is where service goes out the window. We both work full time, we have no annual leave left.
For any issue bluerow were lazy! Bluerow always passed us the details of the courier, the plumber, or whoever and expected us to arrange things. Isn't that what they get paid for???
So we were unable to be home between 9-5, because we have jobs. Every courier said we had to be there to let the couriour collect this sofa bed in a box. As we could not do this, we asked bluerow to assist in some way. They basically washed their hands of the situation and we were stuck with a really really, REALLY uncomfortable sofa for over a year before we sorted out moving out of the flat.

There were many more examples of really poor service but I'm not into writing novels.

They have the cheek to charge us for cleaning the flat - it was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in, period. We just wanted to be done with them so bad we didn't even challenge the cleaning but we did query the £150 for cleaning as it seemed expensive. So it turns out they try to charge us for the disposal of a sofa that they would not assist us with in any way!!

Speaking of the moving out process, we had a viewing made practically every other day for the whole month after we gave our notice. This is so unprofessional and if you rent with bluerow, beware you'll be living with strangers for your last month renting with them.

We were told around 6 months ago (2 years into renting) that the market value of our flat had gone up, by £50 a month! But they were doing is a favour and will only put it up £25. Well done bluerow.
So why is it now on the Market £75 less than what we were paying for it? Must be the sofa....

The staff are generally rude most of the time. They prefer to email you than talk to you direct. They ignore your emails or don't reply for days on end.

Bluerow are our 4th agent we've rented with - by far the worst ever.

Currently with Reid's rains... 2000% better service.
