Blueboard Care Services Ltd is a Domiciliary Home Care Agency. We are CQC registered, We care for people in their own home, we give holistic care to all our service users. We have a well experienced community nurse as our Registered Manager she is supported by experienced carers.
Our service Users are at the centre of our care.Blueboard Care Services Ltd will deliver high standard care to the client in an acceptable national way by doing the following.
We will ensure that the service we deliver is Safe, Effective, Well Led, Caring
And Responsive.
Safe: Our service user will be at the centre of our care, ensuring their safety in the hand of carer and people living around them. We will ensure that the carers are DBS checked, reference taken from previous employers and character reference is up to date. Risk assessment of her environment, equipment more especially the house she lives in to ensure a safe care delivery.
Caring: We will give a high standard care by thorough assessment of care needs of each service user, write individualised care that will meet her needs. We will give holistic care to each service user, supporting their education by assisting them to go to school and help with home work, assist them to go to club, or their place of worship, visiting social club, shopping as well as attending to their activities of daily living.
Effective: we will ensure a prompt action on any concern observed or mentioned. Complaint will be treated and see it as a step to improve our service rather than using it against the client. Documentation of care and review of care plan will be done regularly as per individual condition and outcome will be acted on to ensure effective care.
Well Led: we will ensure that equipment to monitor visit is put in place in the office and carers will be checked unannounced, care review in the form of survey and interview of client will be carried out without the knowledge of the carer. Service users will be carried along and be allowed opinion and choices of their main carer, family will be involved in their cares if that is her wish. Care plan will be written and client will be involved. I will ensure consistency in the carer that will be going to each client to ensure continuity of care. We will be transparent in all areas of our care.
We will liaise with other health care professionals that are involved in the care of the service users e:g GP, Pharmacist, LD nurse, hospital etc.
Responsive: We will be responsive to any complaint or complement.
We will take action according to the issue at hand without prejudice.
Every incidence will be taking seriously and handle professionally.
Client Group; People with Dementia, Learning disability, Autism, Alzheimers, Elderly frail,
Palliative support, Post op , After Hospital discharge- urgent care.
Care We Give; Personal assistance with activities of daily living e:g getting out of bed, going to bed, washing and dressing.
Prepare breakfast, light Lunch and dinner, Prompting Medication.
Continent Care :e:g care of colostomy bag, urine bag, empty commode, change incontinent care, support nurses to prevent pressure sore.
Support to go to school, to attend hospital appointment, GP appointment. Social Club, place of faith
OUR SERVICES; Live In, night-- sleep In, Waking night.
