Noelle is absolutely brilliant. I have just completed the Holistic Core Restore program with her. She really goes out of her way to tailor exercises for your specific needs and is great at keeping you motivated. I have learned a great deal about myself and how to make time for my own well-being. I have been attending personal training sessions with Noelle for about 12 weeks and now I can’t get enough of exercise. Not only does she keep me motivated and bring me closer to my goals, she has also helped me to enjoy exercising. My clothes feel looser and I feel great. I cannot recommend her enough! I believe that the most important part of being a personal trainer is to understand the client. I have been to other personal trainers but as they are not of a similar age, female or have had children I find they cannot truly identify with my needs. Noelle has all of the above and the enthusiasm and motivation to nurture me back into exercise which is what I needed. I can highly recommend her training skillls and I attend her sessions with enthusiasm not dread like I have in the past with exercise. More...

Noelle is a kind and motivated personal trainer. I was recommended her by many people on social media. I was 6 weeks postpartum following csection when I first saw her and it's been only up from that point. my goal was to feel better about myself and gain confidence again. whilst ultimately fitting in a Christmas party dress which i did with ease. I still have a long road ahead but I'm glad im following that path with noelle! More...

It was great to have personal sessions with Noelle. I’ve been working on core and pelvic floor exercises aa entering a pre-menopause period. As well as very knowledgeable, Noelle has made the sessions enjoyable and effective. I will be back for more tuition and in the meantime I will try to apply the exercises on a daily routine as much as possible to gain a stronger core fitness level. I strongly recommend Noelle. I’ve been working closely with Noelle for the past 8 weeks and I’m a changed woman! I’ve tried so many ‘diets’ over the years and it’s been so refreshing to have complete guidance around foods, advice on the best foods to eat (and eating lots! ) that keep me feeling full, increase my energy levels and still lose weight! I’m in a good place with a focus to succeed and change my habits to ensure I achieve my long term weight goals, all because of this lovely lady!
