What do you love most about your job?
Being an entrepreneur has it's ups and downs. But what I love the most about my job is that I get to work with a team that is committed to our core values and principles of "our customer comes first." I am proud to be able to employ a group of individuals that strive to make digital advertising as simple as possible.
Selfishly I love that I am able to inspire, teach and share the experiences I have gone through since starting the company 12 years ago out of high school.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father was murdered when I was 16 and my family was always near the poverty line. As the only son I could not let my mother handle all the expense burden of 2 teenage kids with one being in college. I decided to give up my dreams of becoming an NBA athlete to pursue entrepreneurship at the age of 18 so that my family would survive.
I grew up on the internet and although I am classified as a millennial my real life events have led me to grow up much faster than my peers. I constantly am humbled and thankful for the success we've had in the last 12 years.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are so many fakes and frauds in the digital marketing world today. My clients should know that I tell it like it is and I have your best interest at heart. We have walked away from major deals before because we simply don't believe that we are the right fit for the client.
I look to build long lasting relationships built on the foundations of trust rather than short lived ones built on the foundations of greed.
Also it helps to work with a partner like us that is incentivized to perform in order to get paid!
