Graham's training is great, both in personal training and the group workouts. I noticed a difference after just a couple of sessions, and I'm well on my way to meeting my fitness goals much quicker than if I hit the gym by myself. His extensive knowledge of fitness and the human body combined with his positive (without being over the top) attitude is a rare combo. Graham is a fantastic trainer. I feel both pushed to go beyond my comfort zone as well as supported to stay safe while doing so. I have a lot of injuries I need to be mindful of and he always makes sure I'm staying safe.He's very positive and encouraging and I'm already seeing progress to my goal. Hello Everyone, I have only been going to Graham for 4 sessions and I am serious when I say that I already feel energized. I'm 56 and use to be a Letter carrier, so walking 12 miles a day took a toll on my feet. I now work in the plant sorting Parcels. I have felt so sluggish and down that I couldn't get back out on my route and walk. My daughters told me about Graham, and thought why not.
Graham is focused on helping me achieve the goals I want and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun) I have already seen improvement in my ability to complete more core exercises. Most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I would not hesitate to recommend Graham to my family and friends. Thank You Graham you Rock.
