I recently had the pleasure of working with Vanna from Blue Sparrow Events! Her Groom gave a surprise massage to his Bride at the last minute & she called us in. Even though she had a million other tasks on her list she adjusted her schedule and adapted everything so her clients could get what they wanted. She communicated very cleary to us where we needed to arrive & set up, and what time we should be there. She even took videos so I had a clear vision of where to park and enter the venue.
