I love that all the classes are 45 minutes of fitness instruction that are motivating and challenging for all levels! Members are friendly and positive and seem to all have the same type of goals, staying active and working towards living a healthier life! We all feed off of each other you could say to work hard and have fun while doing it! Kathryn and the trainers keep us focused on our goals and make the various workouts interesting, fun and go by fast. Love Blue Sky! More...

A warm and friendly gym with small group classes and motivating instructors! I recommend that you give Kathryn and her team of instructors at BlueSky Fitness and Health Coaching a try because they are top-notch. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. Whether you opt for personal training or participate in the small group workouts, they will offer options - especially if you have an injury. They are so motivating and push the members to continually improve their fitness level. I love my BlueSky family!!! More...
