I cannot say enough amazing things about Jasmin and her team. She was one of the most accommodating vendors. She didn't flinch when we told her we'd need an all gluten-free menu due to family members having celiac disease. She helped us form the perfect menu for our guests, and we've had lots of guests reach out to tell us how wonderful the food was that night - and WE AGREE! No one had a CLUE the menu was totally gluten free. One of my favorites were the pecan crusted chicken lollipops during cocktail hour! Get these!! Because, I couldn't get enough of them. We decided to do a buffet, but opted for a plated salad. This was a perfect balance for us because it offered our guests something to eat as soon as they were seated while they waited to be released to the buffet for dinner. During our tasting, before the wedding, Jasmin was very communicative with any questions we had and offered all sorts of ways we could change and customize our menu. I do not even know where to begin. Jasmine and her team are nothing short of amazing. From day one as I started to look for someone to cater our day I had only one thought in mind and that was that I wanted our day to be about love and one family. The best way I could think to accomplish this through a caterer was to look for someone who could support my vision and make it come to life. I reached out to numerous vendors and they all responded with the same auto message asking for the same information, until I came to Blue Sage Cousine. Jasmine, the owner of Blue Sage, personally responded to me and we began to discuss our vision. After a few emails Jasmine asked to set up a tasting with me and who ever else I’d like to include and offered to do it at our home! I was absolutely shocked that a caterer was going to come my home, cook in my kitchen and let me taste countless appetizers, salads and main dishes. Jasmine and a member of her team showed up at our home with all the freshest ingredients and the warmest embrace. From the moment Jasmine started cooking in our kitchen she quickly became more than just a vendor. She told us every little detail about the food, gave us more options then our stomachs could hold and made our ‘one family’ dream come to life by offering us a family style served option.Throughout the rest of the process Jasmine always stayed in touch, always offered flexibility in options, made sure we always knew what would be in season and quickly answered any and all questions we had (trust me they were endless). Jasmine offered another in home tasting a month prior to the wedding to finalize the menu, she joined us for a final walk through at the venue and so much more. Jasmine was extremely knowledgeable on our venue and had so much experience to bring to the table which made decision making for us extremely easy. I trusted Jasmine with every recommendation and knew she would always point us in the right direction.They often say there a few things that truly standout at a wedding but food can and will always be one of those standout items. Jasmin and her team are absolute professionals and rockstars. She catered our wedding of 140 with no kitchen and absolutely knocked it out of the park. We have some “foodie” friends and relatives and people were still telling us a week later that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Jasmin was so easy to communicate with, so professional, and provided great recommendations. The catering tasting was the most fun we had with any wedding vendor.During our wedding dinner, she dedicated a member of her team to get our dinners, drinks and anything we needed. The two times I have used Blue Sage, my expectations were WAY exceeded! I had known Jasmin, yet did not know her in this facet until I asked her to cater my best friend's baby shower. Everything was prepared perfectly, absolutely delicious, and the detail and thought she put into everything was amazing. I used Blue Sage again for a bridal shower, with the same outcome. I've been to other events that have been catered by Blue Sage, and everyone says how amazing the food is, and how great Jasmin and her team are to work with. I got a bacon cheeseburger from these guys at the Riverside Arts Market and it might have been the best cheeseburger I've ever had in my entire life. Also their blackberry mint lemonade was perfect. The owner's young daughter was very personable and professional as well. From customer service to outstanding food, Blue Sage Cuisine never disappoints! I have used their catering a for a major event and the food and staff were amazing! The chef also offers a variety of prepackaged meals that are equally as good. The chef had an uncanny ability to prepare and cook the most tasteful combinations. Certain foods that I thought I didn't even like are now my favorites. I leave my tastebuds to the Blue Sage Cuisine chef now because they never disappoint and my preconceived ideas of certain foods are useless. So happy to have a such a varied , healthy diet with so many interesting additions that I could never prepare myself. Words cannot express how happy I am to have found Blue Sage Cuisine. When my son started the Brain Balance program and We changed to to gluten free, Jasmin and Blue Sage made the transition so much easier for us. I order every week and I have healthy gluten free lunches for my son and never have to worry about figuring out what to pack him everyday.
