Ben was very patient and answered all my questions. He described what he would be doing during the session and made sure I was comfortable. This was my first experience with Qigong and it was amazing. I felt changes in my energy flow during the treatment and after. Still processing emotions that have been trapped inside and gaining healing. I was given tools to help the process of healing as well and feel very empowered.
