With my husband self employed and me only in my employment for a year the main high street lenders weren't able to help with a mortgage for us.
Blue Moon were fantastic in helping us to borrow the amount we needed to be able to achieve our dream of extending our home from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom house.
The staff were friendly helpful and guided me through the process and kept me informed at all times as to what was happening.
The process was fairly painless and our build is progressing well.
I even got a birthday card from them this week which was a nice surprise.

Blue Moon were recommended to me by my sister who had used them the year before and was really impressed. Right from the start the service felt extremely professional whilst at the same time very personal.
Our process of buying was through the Right to Buy scheme and we started months before the scheme was scrapped. We encountered every problem possible on the way and Kasia and Angela at Blue Moon were amazing throughout. They were very patient and encouraging and given the entire process took over two years to complete, the felt like old friends by the end of it!
I would not hesitate in highly recommending Blue Moon to anybody. They went above and beyond from start to finish and the extra touches (like birthday cards and flowers when our buy was finally complete!) make them extra special. Well deserved �����
