Chef Pat catered one of our big lodge events recently. We had 100 people in attendance. The food was delicious, her service outstanding, and the professionalism Chef Pat provided was impressive. It was a pleasure to work with Chef Pat in preparation of the event as she was flexible, accommodating, and highly motivated for the success of the event. Chef Pat catered our wedding day with flawless perfection! From the very first call to the end of the big day, Pat understood our vision and executed that vision beyond expectations. She was creative in her menus, flexible with various dietary needs, and the food!...oh my goodness...was so delicious, flavorful, and best of all, healthy!!! Pat was able to create something amazing within the limited budget we had for about 100 guests. She set up the tables and had everything ready to go in a more beautiful way than I imagined.
