This agency is amazing. So easy to set up, they listen to what you want and put it in place very quickly. I use them for my 92yr old Uncle after he came out of hospital. He always has the same carer, which is really important to him. I never have to complain, they are so helpful and obliging. I would highly recommend this company, they are brilliant. Blowingpoint care have seemlessly taken over the care of my Mum at short notice when another agency pulled out. They have managed medication well, kept to care times, been very kind and are friendly. In particular Comfort, who has been doing many of the calls to start, has been able to persuade Mum to drink a full glass of water with her medication, something that no one else has achieved. I used BlowingPoint care to take care of my mother who was 92 years old, she has now sadly passed away but we were very happy with the daily care and service she got from BlowingPoint care. We were hesitant about using a carer as my mother does not like strangers but Bumi looked after her so well that my mum looked forward to her time with the carer.
