if you're looking for a low-cost "treat yourself" experience, I recommend this place. Nothing flouncy or extra, just a nice simple and relaxing wash, blow-dry, and styling!

Found this place on line after 2 other salon's did not return my call. I was able to pick my appt time online, it was easy to find, and the girls working there were super sweet and full of good Where-to-go-in-Portland information:) and to top it all off my hair turned out fabulous!

Oh my God! I've never had a blow out before and this was the 1st place that I went because of the reviews they have. I received an excellent blowout from Mason. I've been to other blow dry bars downtown many times. This salon is a little smaller and quaint, but the service and talent far surpass the fancier places. Update: I've continued to return to B&G many times. I've had positive experiences and results each time! Also, I have naturally very curly hair, it's no picnic. But Mason handles it like a pro. He never even has to use a flat iron, which I can't say for some other salons. More...

Talk about a transformation! I was lucky enough to get a complimentary haircut and blowout with @carmenbalova at @blowandgopdx! ! She did such a wonderful job and my hair looks so healthy and refreshed! I am notorious for avoiding getting my hair cut and styled for YEARS!
