Blossom cancelled an appointment the day of an end-of-tenancy clean.
I contacted them two months in advance. We agreed a date but I was clear this might change.
I fixed the actual cleaning date three weeks in advance, and she chose the time.
Two days before, she asked to change the time by 2 hours. I said yes, even though this meant I had to take the entire afternoon off work.
The morning of the clean, I asked if we could change by half an hour because a friend was in hospital. She immediately cancelled, claiming it was too short notice and that she had been accommodating after "so many changes". She told me to find a more flexible cleaning company.
She could have said “sorry, can’t change the time” and given me a chance to go back to the original time. Instead she dropped the job completely. At no point was I rude. She had no excuse to treat me like this.
Don't use Blossom Cleaning unless you want to do your own end-of-tenancy clean the afternoon before you move out.
