Went for my 2nd session with Kayley and was a salt and oil body scrub ending with a foot massage. Absolutely lovely and lovely atmosphere. First session was the sports massage and don’t get me wrong it is brutal as hell! Especially if you are overworking your muscles but it’s so worth it! I have used Kayley twice. The first time for a sports massage, which really helped with a shoulder pain I'd had for a while. She made sure I was okay after and suggested some shoulder exercises to help. The second time was for a fantastic facial, which included a head, neck and shoulder massage. Added on a lash tint to my eyebrow wax on my last visit and love it, it's so weird being able to see my bottom lashes on a day to day basis without mascara. I recently had a massage from Kayley at a pamper party with friends. I recently had a deep tissue massage on a spa day recently at a posh spa resort and was massively underwhelmed so it was so refreshing to have a sports massage from someone who listened, identified all the the troublesome areas and made a real notable difference. I have just recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my back. Having had massages with Kayley before I jumped at the chance for her to have a go at relieving my pain. 30 hours post massage and I've been able to stop taking the painkillers because of the amount of pressure she's released! It was my first time having treatments off of Kayley. I had a back massage and a facial. They was both amazing. Kayley is such an amazing therapist she asks you how you like the pressure of the massage, if youre allergic to anything and what skin type you have. Had an Indian head massage and pedicure as a treat today and had such a great experience. Kayley was absolutely lovely and really thorough with my feet (which weren’t in great shape) - I left with a new pair of feet and a lovely nail polish!
