Blooming days floral

After placing my last minute Mother's Day order at 1:45 Saturday. I got the hunch to check the reviews for some reason, and so like all of you I googled "Blooming Days surprise. " To my "surprise" I was HORRIFIED by the reviews I read like, "OMG, what do I do!!" So I gave them a call immediately since they were closing at 2pm and a woman answered just saying "flower shop" which I thought was hilarious btw...Anyways I clarified that I was speaking with Blooming Days in surprise and that she received my online order...which she confirmed. Then I asked would she be sure to deliver the arrangement and she responded "yes" and we ended the call. Even though I was even more disturbed by the robotic customer service, I had to give them good faith since she confirmed with me. Luckily they delivered everything as promised around 2ish and my mom was thrilled! I am not sure what’s been going on in the past but they came through for my Mom today. She wasn’t feeling very well but seeing her flowers brightened her day! Thanks Blooming Days! More...

I ordered the flowers over the phone. They where delivered within 30 min. I didn't see them but my wife told me it was the prettiest bouquet she has ever see. I will return again.

I am appalled to see the one review as every time I have used them I have had excellent service and the staff has been nothing but courteous to mean their busiest days even if they were running late we always received a phone call with an apology
