My husband's attempt to surprise me with a bouquet of flowers from Bloomers for our 34th wedding anniversary happenstance became a chaotic mess and the delivery ended up disrupting rather than brightening our special day. Several days later I spoke to the manager who was not only aware but also but mortified about our experience. He apologized, refunded our bill and the next day we received literally the most beautiful floral arrangement I've ever seen. Mistakes happen in life. Kristen and Bloomers did an amazing job for my summer wedding! They made sure every detail was perfect and really listened to the color scheme I was going for. The planning process was easy, before signing the contract Kristen must have created 5 edited versions to the budget so that we could get the cost down. She gave us different options on how to get the cost down and let us choose what we wanted to do. She took the time to even "spray" paint some hydrangeas purple so that we could see how the color would turn out. And my absolute favorite part was my beautiful spray rose hair piece. It was the perfect thing to replace my veil after the ceremony! We would recommend Bloomers to any bride and groom! More...

This place is great! I walked in fairly clueless on buying an anniversary gift and the owner was very helpful and kind. I wasn’t oversold on anything and the end product was in my price range and beautiful! On top of that, the store itself deserves special mention. Kristen was excellent to work with for my wedding. She was professional, kind, and accommodating to my requests. Kristen was able to transform my Pinterest board pins into a full fledged dream come true, while still working within my budget. I cannot thank Kristen enough for what beautiful floral arrangements she made for me, my bridesmaids, my dog, my church centerpiece, and all of the individual table centerpieces. I'm from out of town and was ideally looking for a flower crown for a photoshoot I was going to take the next day. I emailed Kristen because her reviews looked great. She promptly emailed me saying that the day turnaround was no problem and was willing to accommodate me which I was astounded by! Not many shop owners would have accommodated such a last minute request. The bereavement flower arrangement was left outside the recipient's gate and unfortunately, they didn't see it.  As a result, the flowers weren't discovered until the next day.  Kristin at Bloomers made another beautiful arrangement and had it delivered.  They can't stop talking about the amazing arrangement they received!  I will only use Bloomers moving forward! Fantastic experience from start to finish!! I placed my order via their website for an arrangement for a friend's birthday. It was an easy process and they've got lots of things to choose from at a variety of price points. The day of the delivery, Bloomers sent me an email with a "BloomSnap" of the exact arrangement that was being sent out (the flowers were gorgeous and what they put together looked perfect). Kristen of Bloomers and her staff did an extraordinary job with the flowers for our daughters La Jolla wedding! She was welcoming in her shop, responsive on the phone and via email, and the arrangements, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were fresh and beautiful. We traveled to La Jolla from Boston and arrived in the middle of a record breaking heat wave. Kristen and her staff scurried to help us move the planned indoor ceremony outdoors to the garden. They transformed the planned mantle arrangement to a gorgeous arbor arrangement. I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day and the bouquet they put together was (in my mom's words) "the most beautiful arrangement" she had ever seen. Ordered a bouquet for same day delivery - I've placed such orders with a few florists around the La Jolla area and these guys are the best. I've placed an order through Ashleigh from overseas over the phone and everything was done in less than 5 minutes. Both the receipt and notice of delivery were promptly sent to my email. To top it off, they were also very accommodating of my request to change the address of delivery merely 2 hours before the estimated delivery time. I ordered a same day delivery for my best friend that just made partner at her big law firm. Bloomers went above and beyond,  delivering a stunning arrangement that was fantastic value for the money,  all in record time!
