Blome blow me away with their customer service after a very traumatic experience with a previous colourist of theirs. The place is full of light and relaxing. Caroline, the front desk girl has a beautiful smile and good heart. Louis did a great job with a toner , toning down some orange and yellows done previously. Give them a 2nd chance like I did and you won’t regret it.

I live across the street from Blome Blow Dry Bar & they never fail to make my nails look great. I tried nail extensions once, one fell off on day 4, they fixed it no problem, no charge! Some people find the atmosphere to make them uncomfortable and unprofessional (considering recent reviews); however, it certainly is not done intentionally. She’s super lovely and she listened to what I wanted: since I have long hair (and long haired ladies know how it is), I hate when hairdressers get scissor happy and cut off extra inches. I went to this salon because I had gotten a "balayage" done at another salon previously and wasn't satisfied with the results. I was looking for someone that was really good. So I started my search online. I came across Amanda's Instagram, which had tons of pictures of different balayages that she had done, and I really liked what I saw. So I went to see if she can fix my hair. She is great, she fixed my hair and made it actually look blond. I was like day and night. It was so much better then before. Nice salon with good music and great shows to watch to pass the time. I love the balayage that they did on my dark hair and they were able to correct the colours that were simply a disaster from another salon. I find that the atmosphere is not welcoming or warm. My hair was passed on from one hairstylist to another without telling me what’s going on or explaining me the next step. Nor making any conversation for the 5 hours that I was there. I was even left for 30mins by myself... i figured she went for lunch but I would have appreciated a head-up or simply feel acknowledged. Bløme blow dry bar redefines my experience with salons. Easy to register and make appointments, it simplified the whole process and made going to salon happen in a click. Update: While I had a good first experience with my style on dry hair. My second experience was not as great. I was pretty frustrated with my stylist and disliked the fact I’m not able to choose my stylist... to explain, it seems that no matter who I register with when I make my appointment they chose who to assign to me.
