Sean is very knowledgeable about strength training, and always keeps our sessions loose. He also is an expert at sports massages. Last summer, shortly after returning from a vacation, my back seized up roughly two weeks before I was scheduled to start a 450 mile bike ride. Sean worked on it tirelessly, and my back was fine throughout the ride. He really saved the day. More...

Sean Block is the best trainer I have ever hired. He substantially increased my strength and overall athletic performance. During my time working with him, I played semi-professional rugby and hired him during the off season and returned the next season fitter and stronger. I would highly recommend him. More...

Sean Block was my trainer for nearly 2 years while I lived in Old Town near his gym - he was an incredible motivator, and knew everything there was about training, including diet, technique, safety, and rest. I saw incredible results (the best of my life), in my personal training with Sean, and if I had a chance to, would absolutely train with Sean again in a heartbeat - I could not recommend Sean enough as a trainer! Q&As

We achieve our clients goals by asking their previous health conditions, what they hope to achieve, and making sure they are eating properly. From there we will make sure one is performing each exercise correctly in order to prevent injury. Once the trainer is confident the client is spot on with form, they then will proceed to take you through a workout that will make you burn 600-1000 calories depending on one's capabilities.

Healthy diet and being consistent with your work outs.

There's not a better feeling then seeing your client progress and reach their goals.

My family has been in the Fitness industry since 1981. I deeply fell in love with exercising in 1993, where I began to power lift and body build. I graduated with a Kineseology degree in 96 and went to work for several health clubs. After being Athletic Director at Lakeshore Athletic Club for 4 years, I decide to move on and open my own palace in 2006.

I train each and every Trainer to make sure they are aware of proper form, technique, and how to engage clients. I believe that each client is different and each one has different needs.
