Blissetts have printed a photo book for me and the result is absolutely superb. The colours are amazingly true and the overall quality of the book - the printing, the paper, the binding etc - is outstanding. The customer service was even better. I asked them to go FAR beyond what most people would demand and they did it without a hint of complaint. They handled a much larger number of pages than they normally would without any fuss. Their only concern was that I was satisfied in the end. The software for uploading the book was also very easy to work with - I needed a bit of help at the start to get it working for me the way I wanted it to but again they were only too happy to walk me through it. If you want a photo book printed you will do well to find a better quality product or better service than this. More...

I used these guys to print and bind a thesis, they were super helpful very fast despite some issues were able to deliver on the date agreed. would definitely recommend.

Excellent quality and great service. I was having to organise the printing and delivery from overseas by email. My thesis looked terrific and the staff really went the extra mile to get things just the way I wanted. Cannot recommend too highly.

We came to Blissetts with a rather large and complex project for printing and binding (an illustrated anthology of poems over 600 pages long with foil blocking, wrap around hardcover, sewn binding – the works). Blissetts made this project happen, without them we wouldn’t have gotten close to a finished product (or a good one). Not only did they produce a fantastic final book they were also a joy to work with. They provided quick, concise and clear guidance to any queries we had and also pointed out a serious problem with the cover design which I hadn’t accounted for during my design process. Because of this we were able to fix the cover design and end up with an amazing result (well the workmanship is amazing – the quality of my artwork is open to interpretation). Also they offered a hard proof copy so we could check the final printed colours. To any newbies out there I would recommend you take this option. I had undercooked the brightness of quite a few of the darker illustrations and the hard proof copy allowed us to identify these illustrations and fix them for the final book. This option was mentioned by Blissetts and once again they prevented one of my mistakes from ruining the book. 5 stars guys! Thank you very much for amazingly printed/ hard-bound thesis for my Masters degree in Education. I would also like to thank Naj especially, for amazing customer service. Also, I must mention the pricing for the printing/hard-bounding..very, very reasonable price..much better/cheaper in comparison with other companies I had searched prior to deciding for the Blissetts.
Also thank you for the courier service (Interlink express), absolutely fabulous, you can actually see the driver's picture, and his whereabouts..that is always being updated online, so you know exactly how far he is from you. Fantastic service from Karolina - she could not be more helpful. A little nervous as this was a dissertation and we just googled and found Blissetts. We emailed a copy of the dissertation over for a same day print/bind/despatch and Karolina helped to process and order. The dissertation was received the next morning by the University.

I have ordered my Phd thesis (5 copies, around 400 pages) to be printed from Blissetts (using their online service) on Friday. Within 1 hour I got a confirmation that it will be reqdy on Monday afternoon. Realised on Saturday that I had sent a slightly older version to print and 4 pages needed amendment. Had two sleepless nights and on Monday 7:30 called Blissetts and Karolina promptly checked with the printers and called my within 5 mins to confirm that she can make the changes required. Later I came to know that she herself swapped the pages (bless you) to ensure the right version was bounded. I went personally to collect the thesis as I can't trust any courier. Thesis were ready for collection well before the posted timeline of 3:30PM. I was almost halfway home by 3:30PM.

Karolina you are an absolute asset to the company. Not only Blisetts have an outstanding online service but also has the rare human touch that ensures the client's work is delivered on time.

Thrilled with the service. For consumers there is no better option for the creation of a professional quality and properly bound book. The process are very reasonable compared to the alternatives as well. They have their own software for layout and uploading which will be fine for most people, but were also very accommodating by working from my PDFs.
