Our veggie lasagna served with our garden leaf salad.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First, we learn the desired menu our guests are seeking, match it and taste it and prepare for the remaining guests to be served.
What do you love most about your job?
Working on each detail of an event until the desired requests from our guests are met, confirmed and presented as requested.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hattie Missouri served state officials, mayors, ministers, friends and family from Corpus Christi to Houston and I want to be as great as my grandmother.
Why should our clients choose you?
We start by learning the desires and expectations of each client. We reserve the lowest guest count and add guests as needed. We are able to reschedule a date to best meet their needs.
