We invited Neil to come to give us a quote for blinds for our 2 bay windows. Neil was excellent, explained the pro’s and Con’s of the different styles of blind they offer etc. We placed the order and 2 weeks later Neil came back to fit our blinds. Patrick and his team have been my go-to people for gardening and fencing work for many years. They've recently done a replacement of 3 4x4 fence posts and some additional work on some garden gates and timber removal. Despite the job proving particularly awkward and taking a good two hours longer than planned, it was still done to a very high standard and for a very modest increase in cost to cover the additional time for two men. What do you love most about your job?
Meeting customers and seeing the end product and customers response. Once we have measured and advised customers regarding the requirements for blinds, we then make the blinds up and install, its always great to see the blind up and in the window, just finishes off the decor.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fed up with poor quality blinds, terrible workmanship, poor customer service and thought I can do better. Seen national and local companies work and prices and realised that I could do a better job.
