I’ve used Jacklyn for engagement photography, save the date invite design, and for promotional work flyers. She’s my go-to designer. Efficient, detailed, and just wants her customers to get exactly what they want. More...

Blind Image Design is the best.. Jacklyn made family portrait day a breeze (and that was with a fussy 6 month old and busy 1 yr old toddler who only wanted to play and no picture taking) our pictures came out amazing. . she capture the best, Loving shots of the entire family.. and that included the disrespectful wind we had that day. With this company you're winning with all of your photography, Web design needs and more... I look forward to many more photo shoots with BLIND IMAGE DESIGNS More...

Q&As

Usability and aesthetics. Both go hand in hand; you can have an amazing looking website, but if the user finds it hard to navigate, what does it matter? You can have a super easy to use website, but if it looks like any other website of the same industry, how will you stand out?

First and foremost, I have a briefing call with the client to learn about them, their company, and their needs. After discussing the solutions, I do research on related industries, inspiration for the project, current branding if available, and create mood boards which then lead into the sketching phase where concepts are literally drawn out. Taking the sketches and digitally conceptualizing them to present to the client to determine the direction of the design (going over design elements, color, style, overall feel). Then the feedback and revision stage occurs, sometimes 3-4 times before the final phase of finalizing or launching the project.

If there are any brand assets they can provide (logos, color palette, fonts, images, etc.); a brand guideline would be ideal, but I know it is not always available.

Any design inspiration or styles they take a liking to or would like to incorporate into their own project.

A projected deadline.

The process! I love seeing ideas from start to finish, building everything and being able to hand it off to the client...or continuing onto post-project assignments.

The ability to work with various clients, projects, and industries.

Yes. I have multiple means of communication, file sharing, and project management capabilities to make it easy and seamless for myself and the client.

Clients that I have worked with in person now have the ability to schedule video calls with me.
