We just used Bless My Soul for our wedding a week ago and they did not disappoint. They traveled from Orlando to Jacksonville for our event because they were better than all our local options. We got to meet with Antionae a couple months back to try a sample of our menu and I knew before even trying the food that I wanted to work with her. She was so nice, but also honest and real. She gave me a fair price and was so easy to work with. She was polite and professional and really seemed to have everything in order. And the food was delicious, of course. They did a terrific job catering my wife's surprise birthday party of 60 guests. Not only were the prices fair, but they went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs, requests and changes.
They also went above and beyond when they arrived at the venue. Needless to say, the food was great as well.
I will be reaching out to them for future catering needs, and I highly recommend them to all!

What’s your signature dish?
I can say hands down shrimp and grits is our #1 dish. We do this for almost EVERY event. Whether it be appetizer style for a baby shower, full pan on a buffet for an event or individual servings for a personal chef service.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I always create menus with my clients preferences and budget in mind. I like to start with a free consultation to get a feel of what the client needs or wants and then I create a menu from there!
What do you love most about your job?
I love sharing good food with along people. I love that food can be a resource to bring people together. We live in such a busy world and to be able to help others slow down and actually allow them the time to sit and just enjoy dinnertime with their family is my greatest joy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My sister actually pushed me into starting my own business. It was a passionate hobby for many years. I had severe health issues when I was younger and I found that cooking was my happy place. My sister recognized the passion and with her business minded self helped me start my company.
Why should our clients choose you?
I try to create an experience from start to finish with every single client. From the moment we start our consultation to the follow up after your event, I strive to offer 5 star customer service.

We do offer cooking classes and they can be offered via an online service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We prepare our food in a commercial kitchen that follow all Covid 19 guidelines. All staff must wear masks and gloves during the entire preparation process.
Event Catering
This service includes buffet or plated meal style due a range of events. We have catered intimate 10 guests birthday parties as well as 300 guests corporate events.
Personal Chef
Our personal chef service offers in home preparation of your meal. We come in, cook, serve/set up and clean up.
Meal Prep
With our meal prep service we take the burden of planning, shopping, prepping and cooking from you. We deliver pre-packaged meals ready to heat and eat.
