My girlfriend took me to one of the hands on events and I was very much impressed. I have many years of food service experience and to see that all food safety standards were being adhered to and enforced was great. Erica is an absolute pleasure. We had our Thanksgiving dinner for 18ppl catered by Erica and Dana. After 3 long months of selling my home, half our our belongings, downsizing and moving into my boyfriend’s place we were mentally and physically exhausted. Yet we still wanted to host both our families for thanksgiving in our “new”, albeit smaller home... not only was the food abundant and delicious it allowed us to spend time with our families including my daughter whom I hadn’t seen since she left for UBC. My fiance and I attended the Indian 101 group cooking class and we had such a blast! Erica is so friendly, welcoming and fun, and guided us through the 2 recipes we were responsible for, in addition to getting us all together for other key cooking skills from the other dishes! She was easy breezy throughout and made the experience both fun and educational. When we all enjoyed our meal at the end, she also offered to answer any of our cooking related questions. Chef Erica is absolutely amazing! She created the perfect Asian fusion menu for a private cooking class in my home. Erica used the highest quality ingredients and went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of all of our guests.
