Bleil’s Secret Garden far exceeded my expectations with their top-notch customer-service, creativity, and quality of arrangements. When I first spoke with Joann, I was still searching for the exact words to describe the arrangement I wanted for my Aunt’s funeral bouquet. Joann listened ever so patiently, and also graciously accepted the picture I found on Pinterest which was a gorgeous (but too expensive for my wallet!!) arrangement. The resulting flower arrangement was exactly what I requested - both elegant and unique, mirroring the beauty and creativity my Aunt emanated on a daily basis (see picture attached) – while also being within the budget constraints I had communicated. I was so impressed with both Joann’s and Brie’s customer service, I recommended them to my brother and father. Both of the bouquet’s they ordered for my Aunt’s viewing were equally as exquisite! I highly recommend Bleil’s Secret Garden for anyone wanting something other than the run-of-the-mill arrangements (although I’m certain Joann can design the more traditional arrangements upon request as well). This little shop is the BEST! They helped me pick out a bouquet for my friend's wedding , flowers for the alter and a boutonniere for the husband. I had never done any of that type shopping before. The people that helped me today were angels on earth. All I wanted to do today was order flowers to be sent to a dear friend who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I spent all day back and forth with JD Ballantine and they kept delivering broken and dead flowers. (This is not an exaggeration. I’ve never seen anything like this. It was awful!). By the time I gave up with them, it was too late to have flowers delivered by anyone else.Then I called these ANGELS. I stated what I wanted and that I needed them in just a couple of hours. They were so accommodating and friendly and willing to do anything they could to help. They put together the most beautiful arrangement of FRESH flowers. And when my plans changed last minute, and I couldn’t pick them up, they were more than happy to deliver them the next day. All the while, they were so understanding and soothing and really set me at ease. All of this to say, please give this place your business. I am so impressed with the wonderful work of everyone at Bleil's Secret Garden. I have received amazing bouquets in the past from Bleil's which is why we considered them as our florist for our wedding. From the very first interaction I had with Joanne, I noticed how organized and experienced she was while talking with me about various options. I am thrilled that we chose Bleil's because the flowers were gorgeous! Joanne listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding and made the bouquets exactly as I had imagined them to look! The boutonnieres, bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl's miniature bouquet, and flowers for our grandmothers and mothers were designed well and perfectly matched the colors of my wedding.
