I love building a good rapport with clients and I enjoy being able to provide a strong element of support to clients who are building their businesses.

Primarily, I started my own business because I want to build a company which provides support for small businesses across three key areas:
- Bookkeeping and payroll
- Social media management
- General administration

Becoming a business owner means you take on a range of roles in the background before even starting to build a client base and this can be time consuming, stressful and a little daunting.
By providing a range of services to support business owners my aim is for them to know they are not alone and they can rely on me to get the tasks done that they cannot or do not wish to do.

I feel clients should choose to work with me because I do more than just the role of the bookkeeper and for small business owners knowing someone professional and reliable is available to assist with other aspects of their business streamlines their outsourcing which in turn reduces the work required to find someone else, getting them up to speed with the business and the business requirements and also prevents communications issues from happening because the client only needs to deal with one person for bookkeeping, social media and administration.

My background is in administration and project management and I have also completed training in bookkeeping (AAT level 2) and payroll as well as continuing my AAT accounting studies so my accounting based services will expand in the future.

As a person, I am kind and outgoing with an excellent work ethic and methodical approach to the work I carry out, I absolutely love being organised so my organisation and time management skills are very refined and I also have excellent communication skills for liaising with clients via telephone, e-mail, Skype and letter correspondence.

We offer three options for bookkeeping & payroll:

1. Continue using your accounting software:
If you already have an accounting software in place for your business we are happy to continue maintaining accounts on your software.

2. Use our accounting software:
We have our own computerised accounting software to maintain client accounts if you wish to switch to this option or if you do not currently maintain computerised accounts.

3. Computerised accounting set-up for your business:
If you do not currently have your own computerised accounting software but would like to we can discuss the software packages available and set up your business on computerised accounting, as well as providing bookkeeping and/or payroll services long term.
