My Husband and I currently live in Washington DC and when we decided to get married in Cape Town, South Africa we knew we needed a wedding planner to help. Hailing from the Uk and the Seychelles, and living in Dubai, Cape Town may not have been the most logical place to get married but myself and Nick both love it there. However after initially trying to plan our wedding remotely at a venue we had never seen before, apart from online, 8 weeks before the planned date we decided we needed help, both being absolutely clueless!!! The minute we contacted Blank Canvas and skyped with Sunelle we immediately knew we had made the best decision, from that moment on everything was smooth sailing. The actual day couldn't have gone any better we were both completely blown away as were all our friends and family, Sunelle and Margaux did an outstanding job, everything was just perfect and we didn't have to think once about what should be happening, we just got to enjoy the day. Thank you both for all your hard work in the build up and on the day, we both know it would have been impossible to pull off without your help.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to enlist the help of Blank Canvas for on the day wedding coordination. Our main goal was to have support on the day so that our families and friends could enjoy every moment, but both Margaux and Sunelle went above and beyond to help us before and on the day, more than we ever could have asked for. Margaux was fantastic to work with, she is superbly organized and on point. She helped us in so many ways before the wedding, sending us helpful reminders in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Through Blank Canvas we were also linked up with with our celebrant, Fourie, - who was wonderful, and we received so many positive comments on the service, our lighting and decor at the last minute - which added so much to the ambience of our venue, and our staff - who were so professional and polite. On the day both Margaux and Sunelle went out of their way to help us put together the finishing touches. Everything was perfect!!! Sunelle and the Blank Canvas team were on of the best investments we had for our wedding this past weekend. If you are not sure if you really need an on the day coordinator let me spare you the back and forth and tell me that you do. I am pedantic planner myself and still they solved problems I couldn't even see happening. From last minute rain in the middle of February, to delivery of incorrect furniture, ensuring all out furniture was clean and white, correct sizes of furniture, wrapping of trees, timeline modification, prompting of the MC, cake organization, ensure all deliveries were delivered (including those that forgot to deliver) and ALL the little details that would have gone awry without them. Your dedication to bringing my wife's vision to life reflects the excellence in your services. The minute I walked into the reception hall I couldn’t help but marvel at what you had accomplished. It reflected everything my wife dreamt of and I knew it would bring a smile on her face. She still when looks back at the pictures.

You guys did not break sweat even when I made a last minute request for a love letter printed and also arranged it be delivered in the most special way. She is still over the moon about it.
