Blanek’s recently catered our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner for 70 people. We had BBQ chicken and brisket both and several sides along with banana pudding and brownies. Can’t say enough about how great everything was! The food was excellent; the staff was courteous and professional; and I especially appreciated how efficiently they packaged up leftovers for me when it was over and left everything so tidy. My HS class decided to celebrate turning 70, so we gave ourselves a birthday party on 3/30/19, at the Cameron Park Clubhouse. After interviewing two other well known Waco catering services, we chose Blanek's. Working with Jamie was wonderful and the staff answered numerous questions as we planned the party. They graciously helped us with our menu and Jamie met us at the venue to show us where to set up the tables. After dinner, my classmates kept telling me how delicious the food was and wanted to know who catered it. Our selections: Brisket, grilled chicken breast, green beans, potato casserole, salad and rolls. We could select tomato basil or white wine sauces to cover the chicken breast and both were fabulous. The quality of food, the servers and service were excellent. Before the party, our group requested that Blanek's leave any remaining food. We made sure there were baggies, styrofoam containers, plates, etc, so attendees could take home portions of their choice. Some classmates, especially those who are single, widowed, etc, enjoyed having the opportunity to enjoy another meal at home. Thank you, Blanek's, for helping to make our party a huge success! Blanek's did the catering for our wedding, the food and service was amazing! My wife and I didn't get to eat a lot of the great food. Thanks to Blanek's thoughtfulness we received a full course premade leftover meal at the end of the night ready to travel with us on our honeymoon, complete with our wedding cake! If you haven't had Blanek's food this may not sound amazing, but if you have you know how special it was! Best food and best brisket in Waco hands down!! More...

Blanek's Custom Catering did an outstanding job catering at my wedding. The setup, staff, and of course the food was absolutely perfect. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted for the wedding reception dinner; although most of the food I wanted was not on their menu on their website. Blanek's provided light appetizers and puch for our wedding. Their menu selection was great, and they were so attentive to our wants. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. They came in the day before to set up the tables and even offered to help us arrange the cake table, although that was not their responsibility.
