It was lovely having office space at the Blake House. We had offices in the Blake House on Blake Street first and then on St Martin's Lane ( as we needed bigger space) and both had been great. Met lovely people, enjoyed the office banter during the breaks. Never had any problems with internet or post! All worked absolutely fine. Really recommend it! More...

Unlike the obvious fake reviews under the names of Claire Brown and Dave Martin I am a genuine tenant of Blake House. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. There is a significant lack of quality office space in York, especially co-working and hot desking. These guys are miles better than the rest, they go the extra mile, security is good, never had any problems, the internet is fast (100 meg up and down - you can opt for faster private packages if you want), Katie and Wendy know all their tennants by name and they are always arranging networking events and social gatherings, Katie especially always goes the extra mile to look after everyone. I think the bulk of the reviews on here being 5 stars tells the real story! If you can get a desk or office in here you are lucky! More...

In the 12 months we have been in a tenancy with Blake house we have had our post stolen on a regular basis, no internet or poor speeds on a good day and a general concern for our safety in a building that has very poor security.

The perfect office space for setting up a business. I started with a virtual address when my business was small and I worked from home, I then took a desk in a shared room when my business became full time. I now have a small office with 2 staff members, and I am about to take on another and move to a bigger room here. It has everything I need and the team who run it are lovely!
