What makes a great website?
A website should be able to accomplish one thing: to provide the basic information to the user. The basics, in my opinion, would at least include an informative homepage that explains what the business is and what it does. As well as a contact page, because if a prospect doesn’t know how to reach out, they probably won’t. To take things up a notch, a good website should also include a pricing page, social media buttons, and a good knowledge base. When things are made as easy and user-friendly as possible, everyone wins.

We you already have an existing website or e-commerce store, we are ready to take on the project and make all the required changes. DevOps is the creative strategic process that we follow, meaning you will be the project manager and we will develop according to your needs.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Let's discuss the project specification and technology requirements from the development process to go live and support. We would need to document and detail a use case diagram and we all agree with the project manager (client). The client should share any form of artwork in terms of images, company logos, website artwork or banners, and fonts if required.

At Blackfox we love to build things from scratch and make sure that we fulfill our tasks in a timely manner. Coding is our motor, bringing apps, websites, or CMS systems that we love to bring to help our clients reach their clients in an effortless manner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We love development and making sure that the brands that we work with get to showcase their work online. We love to help and see other businesses succeed online through marketing tools like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, google ads, SEO ranking, and google tag management.
