Blackberry Carpentry and Conversions

I originally asked Rob and his team over to get a quote for fitting a kitchen but once he was here i thought i may as well get a quote for the full job which involved removing an internal wall, erecting a shower room/wc/utility, redirecting the soil pipes and creating a void for some bi-fold doors.

The pricing was competitive and I have been very happy with the standard of work so far. Rob and his team have coped extremely well with a flurry of plan changes on our part and with a couple of delays caused by needing to remove hidden gems such as unexpected steel supports.

Job undertaken:
Removal of supporting wall between kitchen and dining room, removal of wall between bathroom and WC, removal of chimney breast in bedroom, rewiring of top floor lighting and loft, additional sockets and aerial points, plastering throughout house.

Review:
Rob and the team from St George Design and Build were fantastic to work with. Their work is of a high quality, competitively priced and completed within the timescales agreed. Rob gave daily updates of how the work was progressing on the property (I wasn’t living in the property at the time) and made suggestions of the best way forward to keep within budget. He sourced materials for the bits of the job that I was undertaking myself (such as insulating the loft) at trade prices and put me in contact with other suppliers (such as kitchen design company). I’d have no problem recommending St George Design and Build and will be using them again for any other work that I need doing.
