Most of the one-star reviews of Black Tie Limousine were from friends and
family of a disgruntled former employee. This employee's actions were
unprofessional and cost the company a lot of money and negatively impacted
our reputation. These negative reviews were made by him and his family and
friends with the intent to harm our business and do not reflect true
customer experiences. We'd be happy to provide you some great references
and most importantly with a remarkable limo ride for leisure or business.

Thank you John and black tie limo! Â I was planning a surprise 70th birthday night out for my dad and mom. Â I talked to multiple limo services who had insane rates, weren't flexible, or had poor customer service. Â I got on with John and he listened to my story, got excited about being a part of making it a great night, super flexible, and most competitive rate options. Â He also answered whenever I called back with questions. Â Knowing it was a surprise he got me in contact with the driver and helped a whole evening of surprises and destinations turn out better than I could have hope! What inspired you to start your own business?
Once upon a time, in fact, in 1987, Black Tie Limousine had one vehicle that was used mainly to provide transportation to partygoers in downtown Minneapolis. As the years went by, Black Tie grew to include several limousines and was soon providing wedding and prom service as well as some corporate transportation. Even back then, what set Black Tie apart from competitors was its focus on taking great care of its customers.
In 1992, Black Tie Limousine was renamed, Corporate Limousine Service, LLC DBA Black Tie Limousine. Our owner had a mission of changing the ground transportation industry as it was then known. He had seen so many limousine compaines that had fallen by the wayside and he committed himself to making sure that Corporate Limousine/Black Tie Limousine and all of its employees shared his goal; a 100% customer-centric focus.
With over 30 years under our belts, we are proud to say that Corporate Limousine and its sister company, Black Tie Limousine are family owned and operated. Family members are actively involved in CLS/Black Tie Limousine's daily operations.
