Friendly and professional tailors with excellent customer service. Have used black butterfly a couple of times and they never let you down and will meet urgent orders too with quick service whenever possible. They completed my orders perfectly the first time and now I always use them for any tailoring and recommend them to anyone. I have bought a ted baker suit for graduation and it required some alterations to the arms and the trousers which was done to a fabulous standard and cant even tell if its been altered as its done to such a good standard. Like I’m sure many others have, I originally found Black Butterfly tailoring through their reviews on google. I’d had a bad experience at a local tailors and needed to look elsewhere. Suits are something I wear everyday and I really needed to find a fantastic alterations tailor and I can without doubt say that I most certainly have. The quality of the alterations I’ve had at this tailors are perfect but above all else the customer care and service is absolutely second to none. I also went on to have a suit made and after a few tweaks it’s spot on.
