Amazing service, Used them for an Ipswich to International airport return service, We had Don both ways and they are top notch. This is the first time we have used this company....and all I can say is SUPERB! Forget all the rest of the shuttle companies, Black Bow Chauffeurs are simply the "best " Our driver Miguel was punctual, well dressed and so friendly. The VW van was very modern and in spotless condition. No other company I searched offered their service and the price was the cheapest on offer for a private shuttle service.

Arrived late afternoon flight from Cairns on the 17th , Great to see Ami looking very smart waiting with a big smile on his face to greet us ,He collected our luggage and as a storm was about to hit the airport had the car undercover so we did not get wet . We have used this service over a number of years and have always been satisfied each and every time. My husband and I are an older couple and we have often needed to travel to the airport and shipping terminals at unusual times and they have always been able to assist us and cater to our needs. The drivers are very polite and accommodating. We've always felt safe in transit with the driver which is important and we will continue to use them in the future and refer all of our family and friends to them. We highly recommend this service. There were also a few instances where our driver that had been booked was unable to come and they arranged alternative drivers from other regions to come to get us and we appreciate that, there has never been any inconvenience to us with any change of circumstances. Paul was absolutely fantastic, prompt, very smartly presented, Amazing car, spotless in and out.

Paul took excellent care of the whole family. My mother required a little more assistance then most, not a problem for Paul took it in his stride.

My father was up front swapping golf stories and having an amazing time showing Paul the short cuts I’m sure he already knew but was delighted to act the part and play along.

Myself well I knew I’d made the right choice with the ease of the whole night just flowing from pick up to drop off remarkably seamless and all thanks to Paul, will definitely be using his impeccable services again very shortly.
