Comprehensive thought, research, planning, content, design and page layout... in that order.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The very basic question that many miss is the goal of the website. There should be a very specific, testable, and trackable goal.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We like to either meet in person (if possible) or on the phone with the client, and everyone involved on our side, so that nothing is lost in translation and everyone working on the project can ask the specific questions that are important to them.
What do you love most about your job?
As a business owner, I love the orchestration between all of the moving parts. Every day is different, there is always a new challenge, and every day it's clear if you win, lose or draw.
