We worked with Black and White for our wedding in May 2019 and just want to say that Russell and Paul were absolutely amazing to work with. Their attention to detail was fantastic and Russell really took his time and made the effort to find good shooting locations and make our pictures very special. We took the DJ and Photography package and could not be happier with how it turned out. The music selections, equipment and overall handling of the reception was very professional and everyone was so impressed. I would highly recommend these guys and all they offer. We had Paul as our DJ this past weekend and I’m so glad we booked him! From our initial call he was easy to work with and thorough with everything we wanted. He was there from the beginning of our ceremony until the wee hours of the night and the music was dead on the whole time! Paul, Joel and Russell were a dream to work with! We got married at the Cave and Basin in Banff in June and couldn't have found a better photographer & DJ combo! Paul was prompt and easy to communicate with. Russell and Joel were professional, fun and put our nerves at ease for all of the photos. And they found the most gorgeous backdrops in the Rockies for our photos. I absolutely love them. Our dance floor was full at all times and the music was perfect! My husband and I were married recently in October at Creekside Villas in Canmore. After realizing that trying to figure out our own music was impossible, we started to hunt for a DJ. Paul was the immediate choice due to his friendly and caring personality and willingness to work with us when we are no experts at wedding planning. Paul guided us gently to decide on certain key songs for the day and gave us some great advice about what equipment he recommended and some things to remember. We gave him the flexibility to read our crowd and play to our guests and he did an absolutely AMAZING job. My feet still hurt from dancing and my guests all said how fun and perfect the music was from the night. Paul did an absolutely amazing job DJing our New Years Eve wedding! He was great to communicate with throughout the planning process; very professional and prompt. During the reception of our big day, he accepted requests, he was able to make any announcements we needed, and he had a great feel for our crowd.
