What do you love most about your job?
Collaborating with clients and other creatives to produce fantastic on and offline marketing campaigns that achieve great results! I especially love working with charities, where my work can help generate funds that improve people's lives. Working as a copywriter gives you a fantastic insight into a huge selection of industry sectors - from construction to computing, finance to food manufacturing. Every job is different and there's always something new and interesting to learn.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Sadly, it was a series of redundancies as I was so fed up with being let go from jobs I loved! After the 4th redundancy in 8 years, I had a long, hard think about what I wanted to do with my career. The answer was to train as a copywriter. I've always enjoyed writing, so what could be better than being paid for what you love to do? That was back in 2008. In the last few years, I've started offering marketing support services as well, as I'm keen to make the best possible use of my skills and knowledge to benefit my clients.

I'm a qualified marketing communications specialist, holding a CIM-accredited Diploma in Copywriting. With over 8 years of freelancing under my belt, I'm also highly experienced and can easily turn my hand to writing about any subject under the sun. Crucially, I understand what people want from a copywriter - quick turnaround times, accurate work and genuine value for money. From a simple proof-reading job to writing a 1,000 page report , you can trust me to get the job done to a high standard, every time. I come highly recommended and am always happy to provide client testimonials or references if required.
