We had an awesome experience working with Black and White rentals for our wedding. We rented a big tent and chairs, and Dave was super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Our wedding was on Pender Island, and Dave was experienced and organized with the logistics for delivery, setup/takedown and pickup. Dave even went the extra mile to reach out to a previous client that had hosted a wedding at the same location for pictures to help with visualizing the wedding setup. In 2018 they worked alongside our team on more than 10 wedding and events. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I had a large order for my wedding of 175 guests, and the staff were incredibly helpful with their knowledge and insight of the industry. There was even a slight mix-up where our lights were not set-up in the tent as was ordered, I made a quick phone call and by the time I was back at the venue they were just finishing installing the lights!
