Bistro To Go on Texas Street is located on the ground floor of the Regions Tower. They mostly cater to downtown office workers, so they serve food to-go and they have a sit-down restaurant area with wait staff. The service and food are both fantastic. Daily specials for lunch are listed on a chalkboard by the front counter. I recommend the Catfish Lefitte on Friday. More...
