As always, another fantiastic dinner. Risotto with buttered mushrooms and duck with a side of oysters rockefeller = simply amazing! !! Mushroom soup was to die for. Better than the one from another local place where we often drive over for soup during lunch and we even think this is the best mushroom soup that we have ever tasted! Dessert was incredible as every time (caramilk crème brulée and sea salt caramel lava cake), along a spicked and creamy coffee. The only thing, although my husband enjoyed his best coquille st-jacques ever, made with sweet potatoes, I would prefer a classic coquille st-jacques and would recommend featuring fall vegies during tksgiving season on a special menu and keep a classic version on the regular menu. Great food as always! Marc and Isabelle have a great staff, the food is to die for and the atmosphere is pleasant. Would recommend to anyone looking to deviate from the typical Keg/Moxies/Gusto food.

We had planned a trip for a romantic getaway to Moncton but it snow storm brought us here early. We had an evening reservation for the lovers Festival and we were very excited about it because we're from a rural nowhere community. Moncton was hit with the most dramatic overwhelming storm I've seen in 30 years. The highway was shut down the roads are shut down other restaurants were shut down and the owner called us to let us know that he was going to close early and we want to come for dinner so he stayed open and give us 1 amazing dining experience. It seem to be a few negative reviews on here but I would think that was somebody that was at a different restaurant. The owner spent time with us at the table. We chatted about life winter storms and our love for the maritimes and its history. This passion was totally reflected in his food and recommendations. I'm a big eater I eat alot but the portion I received was one of the most delicious things I've had in a long time and I was hoping when I first saw that it would be a bigger portion oh, but it really hit the spot it was a French dish with sweet potatoes seafood and more yumminess. Chef Marc can nail any culinary challenge you throw at him! I booked a private event where I needed him to pair 3 food courses with 3 different whisky AND beer pairings and it was perfectly executed! Won't hesitate to go back!

The food was good (Reuben sandwich and mushroom and brie toast for appetizer). The dessert was excellent (chocolate fondant). The service was beyond attentive and kind. This is a great little spot. You do have to look for it being it slightly off the beaten path. My wife had happened upon it a few days before and raved about it. We returned as a celebratory dinner for our recently graduated son from university. Would have to say the food is amazing everything was extremely good. I really enjoyed the cedar plank salmon with a maple blue berry glaze and the plank was whisky soaked. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Just ate there for the first time and WOW it was delicious. Best bistro I've been to in the maritimes. Lamb chops were dynamite and the risotto was ridiculously good. Will be back and recommending!

This is a very nice little gem, located about 5 miles from downtown Moncton. The menu variety is excellent. The wine list could offer more choices (particularly of French varietals). The presentation of our food was excellent. Chef Marc is a fine chef. My wife had the pork medallions and I enjoyed the salmon dish. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious.We were thrilled to be there on a Tuesday evening when there was live music by an experienced combo adding elegance to dining event.
